I have become aware of the high cost of maintaining a green lawn. Is there a grass that requires less water than St. Augustine. It seems like such a waste to spend all that money on water that is required to keep the lawn from turning brown. Also the grass should grow slower than St. Augustine to reduce the times a month that is required to cut it. The gasoline required could be cut in half.

Comments or suggestions please.
